Chike Adaka acquired his honors degree in Law from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus in 2002 and, thereafter, proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja, for his Law School studies and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November, 2004, as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Chike performed his Legal Internship Programme (Law School Chamber Attachment) at the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation & Minister of Justice, Abuja, in 2004, and his mandatory National Youth Service Program as a pupil legal officer in the Civil Litigation Department of the Ministry of Justice, Gausau, Zamfara State. Chike cut his legal teeth in law practice in The Law Forte, a fully integrated legal services Firm situate in Abuja.

Chike founded Elite Law in 2010 and has since been actively engaged in client responsive legal services delivery. Chike has also developed capacity and competence in court room practice/litigation, corporate and business law practice, major projects acquisition, investments, divestments, project structuring and development financing. Negotiation of Agreements, drafting of contracts, due diligence investigations and advice on applicable legal regimes governing specific transactions.

Chike is also familiar with international model form contracts and has been involved in advising on a Line of Credit Agreement transaction involving the Nigeria Export Import Bank and the Export-Import Bank of India, Mumbai.

Chike also takes active part in Bar related activities. He was appointed a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Committee on Corporate Affairs Commission in 2011, where one of the mandates of the Committee entailed liaising with the management of the Corporate Affairs Commission in ensuring that the interface between lawyers and the Commission remains smooth and cordial.

He has a high degree of proficiency in the use of technology, computer systems, processes and applications.

He possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool, England, and Certification in Contract Law from the Harvard Law School, Harvard University.
